Our signature tour offers a slice of Alpine life. Take in the hustle and bustle of Lauterbrunnen village, before leaving the valley floor and hiking deeper into the mountains.
Take a step back in time as we pause for a homemade lunch at an offgrid, traditional Berggästhaus, enjoying the the rush of the river and the jingle of cowbells. Fully refuelled, we hike onwards, deeper into the Hinteres Lauterbrunnental, a protected nature reserve.
Here we have a unique opportunity to visit a private cheese making hut, where award-winning cheese is made in just the same way now as it was in 1805, when the hut was built. The incredible custodian of this hut, who keeps the traditions alive, provides a glimpse into an Alpine life that has existed unchanged for centuries.
Enjoy a rare peep into history, and taste the product of happy cows grazing high in the mountains - real Swiss cheese! - before descending back into civilisation, in Lauterbrunnen village.

The Waterfall Loop
Let us take you on a journey… visiting our favourite villages and enjoying some of the world’s most breathtaking views.
Meet your Private Guide in Lauterbrunnen, where you will begin your journey up the mountain to Mürren, a car-free Alpine village with incredible views of the snow-capped Eiger, Mönch & Jungfrau mountains. Pass through Gimmelwald, a tiny hamlet perfect for a coffee stop, before heading to Trummelbach Falls, waterfalls so spectacular that they are recognised by UNESCO.
Of course en route we stop at our favourites - the local crafts, the honesty shops, the photo viewpoints - you will see them all.

This tour is suitable for all ages and abilities, as there is public transport at every step of the way.
Strollers/pushchairs are fine, dogs are welcome, and there is no age or ability limit.
Transport is not included; most visitors already have a travel pass of some sort. We can let you know what your travel pass covers upon booking.

Hike & Fly Mürren
For the truly adventurous, we have created a fantastic day with two of our favourite things!
First, one of our favourite hikes in the area - high above the valley floor, with mindblowing views of snow-capped peaks. Simply beautiful!
We arrive at the end of the hike in Mürren, a car-free, clifftop Alpine village which must be seen to be believed. Then, your adventure continues!
Your pilot will meet you here; in only a few moments you will take to the sky… soaring high above the valley, and experiencing a uniquely exhilerating birds’ eye view of Lauterbrunnen’s sheer cliffs and waterfalls.

Meet your Private Guide in Lauterbrunnen; where you will take the cablecar to the beginning of the trail, in Grutschalp.
Enjoy breathtaking views as you hike - and stop for some local snacks to keep you going! - until finally we arrive in Mürren.
There’s no time to rest! Meet your paragliding pilot and take to the sky - a few short steps and you will experience the beauty of Alpine flying.
